Technical Security System Coordinator

Responsibilities :

• Implementation and management of security projects along with the budget according to the schedule,
• Preparation and maintenance of project documentation,
• Coordinating work progress within project teams,
• Preparation and maintenance of technical documentation and tender requirements,
• Recommendations and implementation of new solutions in the security area,
• Supervising the condition of technical security systems in facilities,
• Supervision of security suppliers (companies installing technical security systems, etc.),
• Preparing tender requirements regarding electronical security systems,
• Supporting and training of staff in the field of electronical security systems operation,

Requirements :

• At least three years of experience as a Project Manager in managing projects in the logistics industry,
• Knowledge of the functioning of electronic security systems,
• Knowledge of IT systems in the field of physical security,
• Experience in running cross-functional projects,
• Knowledge of the best standards, practices and methodologies in project management,
• Very good knowledge of English at the level of speaking and writing - minimum level B2/C1,
• Highly developed leadership skills,
• Ability to work in dispersed and international structures,
• Ability to navigate the structures of a corporate organization,
• Ability to estimate risk and take preventive actions,
• Highly developed communication skills,
• Effective time management skills and multitasking skills,
• Focused on achieving set goals, strong business orientation,
• Analytical skills,
• Negotiation skills,
• Availability and readiness for frequent business trips,
• Category B driving license.
