C1 levelBachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field woudl be an asset Your Tasks We are looking for a professional with min. of 3 years in logistics and transport management who has a proven track record of successful supply chain optimization. As Team Lead you will: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of transport coordinators to ensure efficient operations Coordinate and manage transport schedules with external partners, ensuring timely deliveries Ensure all transport operations comply with safety regulations, company policies, and legal requirements Track team performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and performance Be part of us Hemmersbach provides IT infrastructure services in more than 190 countries with 50 own subsidiaries.
