Responsibilities Providing expert advice and effective challenge to Process, Risk and Control Owners Monitoringpliance with an array of clear policies outlining minimum risk management requirements Collaborating closely with business and functional teams to understand and manage the effects of emerging risk Supporting the conception and maintenance of the Risk and Control Library Reviewing and challenging Risk and Control Owners on risk management, particularly control efficiency ratings and issue resolution Requirements Demonstrable drive,mitment, and focus on operational excellence Relevant Finance and Control experience across multiple legal entities Detailed understanding of the Finance operating model at Group, Business, and Country levels Proven leadership skills, with experience managing people and end-to-end processes Expert knowledge of Financial Reporting and Tax Riskpliance procedures Solid interpersonal and negotiation abilities How to Apply If you'remitted to fostering operational excellence in financial reporting and can bring a wealth of relevant experience and knowledge, we would like to hear from you.
