Finance Controller

In your new role you will be responsible for: Company activity control (audit) in accordance with accounting principles Preparation of monthly reporting (Balance Sheet, P&L according to IFRS) Preparation of the annual budget, forecast, and multi-year plan Control of the execution of annual plans and variance analysis Creation of a revenue-cost center structure Reporting key financial data of the HPL branch Support in the daily work of the accounting department Analysis of periodic reports on the company's financial situation (budget plans, balance sheet, cash flow, company's settlement declarations for ZUS, GUS, Tax Offices) Cooperation and coordination of works related to internal and external audit Coordination of the implementation of the financial system in the local branch To take a role in this challenging task you need to possess: University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or other, relevant field Proven track record in financial analysis, accounting, or related functions Experience in international, commercial organizations Proven track record in Balance Sheet and P&L preparation Excellent understanding of financial and management accounting principles Proven track record in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting process as well as delivering various, ad hoc business analysis Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Excel and experience in working with SAP or other ERP systems Very good command of English Furthermore, you should present a high level of drive and commitment, as well as outstanding communication skills combined with business acumen.This is a tremendous opportunity for the right individual who enjoys being responsible, appreciates new challenges and values independence.
